REALITY GOGGLEBOX

8. 3 0PM, L I F E ST YLE

After a shaky start – the various households all looked like deer caught in the headlights for the first couple of weeks – they’ve loosened up nicely and Gogglebox is fast becoming a must-watch show. It’s still nowhere near as good as the UK version, but give it time. Airs again tomorrow on Ten.

COMEDY

BROAD CITY 7. 3 0PM, C OMEDY C HANNEL This final episode is very much about nothing – the girls wander the streets on the night of Ilana’s 23rd birthday party encountering various weirdos (tree man, weeing lady) before embarking on a long foot chase after a runaway teen who steals their stuff. Ilana reveals her big plan for the coming year is to finish a book. Reading, not writing.

DOCO

STOP LAUGHING, THIS IS SERIOUS 9PM, ABC Apart from the clichés narrator or Eric Bana is forced to spout, this is a pretty decent stab at a history y of Aussie comedy with plenty of nostalgic footage of classic comedy. Part rt one focuses on local comedians making aking fun of themselves and suburbia, ia, from Dame Edna to Kath and Kim, Paul Hogan to Housos, which Paul Fenech (right) reveals Hoges was the unlikely y inspiration for.
