First came the croquembouche, which was so delicious it reduced grown men and women to tears. Then we saw the dastardly snow egg crack the contestants’ cool. Now, here comes the passion flower. In what promises to be one of the toughest pressure tests yet, the bottom four must recreate a spectacular dessert from the kitchen of Melbourne sweet-maker Darren Purchese.

EXTANT 1 0. 3 0PM, T E N It’s all been downhill for Halle Berry since Catwoman and this series continues her rapid descent. As astronaut Molly, Berry still looks fabulous and does her best to be compelling. But this ho-hum sci-fi series doesn’t really give an Oscar-winner much to work with despite boasting Steven Spielberg as a producer.

INSIDE THE ACTORS STUDIO: AMY ADAMS 8. 3 0PM, BI O I’ve never been a big fan of Amy Adams (right). I consider her an over-actor and therefore her steady stream of Oscar nominations has been as mystifying as the decision to cast her as Lois Lane in the Superman reboot. Here she talks about the films everyone bar me seems to love her in. I remain unmoved.
