CRIME DRAMA CSI: CYBER

8. 3 0PM, TE N Not as awful as it began, CSI: Cyber has become run-of-the-mill television. Tonight’s all about fake pharmaceuticals bought over the internet killing people. The fun’s in the silly tech: the 30 seconds data mining to identify one parcel among millions or getting a car’s vehicle identification number by tapping a mysterious “box” on a telephone pole that tracks Bluetooth. Patricia Arquette (above) stars. DOCO FALLOUT 1 0.4 0PM, S BS Interesting doco about best-selling author Nevil Shute, who moved to Australia and wrote the devastating novel of nuclear destruction On The Beach. A good introduction to the subject, it would benefit from more interviewees, and possibly less Gideon Haigh. COMEDY WELCOME TO SWEDEN 6. 3 0PM, T HE C OMEDY C HANNEL Amy Poehler only seems to be in this ep to lend some star wattage to her brother’s show. Her Parks And Recreation castmate Aubrey Plaza has more to do, heading to Sweden to stalk Bruce (Greg Poehler, right with Josephine Bornebusch). Meanwhile, Bruce tries to get some celebrity clients, including Bjorn from ABBA who still seems to wear his ’70s getup every day. For photo shoots, he claims.
