The Sunday Mail (Queensland) - TV Guide - - WATCH ON PRESTO -

1 . 3 0PM, F X

Season six kicks off with a 90-minute episode direct from the US jam-packed with 654 zombies – a new record. But the big threat as usual, is other people, this time in the form of The Wolves. It’ll be interesting to see how Morgan (Lennie James) reacts to the very different Rick (Andrew Lincoln) to the one he’s encountered before.

THE AFFAIR 7. 3 0PM, S HOWCASE Season two is shaping up every bit as compelling and impressive as the first. We’re through The Affair, and on to The Divorce. The nuanced portrayals – particularly from Dominic West and Maura Tierney – and lack of moralising show us characters who are all too human, and that nothing is black and white. Fortunately, they’ve also backed off a bit on thee wildly differing perspectives.

HOMELANDND 9. 3 0PM, T EE NN Quinn’s (Rupert ert Friend) explanation last week about out why we’re losing in Syria was perhaps haps the most succinct and accurate I’ve heard. Tonight, Carrie (Clare Danes, right) has to keep her German philanthropist boss safe through a deal al with Hezbollah as he visits a refugee ee camp. One suicide vest and an explosion sion later and it turns out the terrorists’ ’ target might be slightly different to that hat expected.
