REALITY TV survivors Joel Creasey and Heather Maltman are relishing the chance to be in the driver’s seat for their latest TV project – hosting companion series I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here NOW!.

Although Creasey, who became a fan favourite on the debut season of I’m a Celeb, says he’ll be pulling rank on his co-host thanks to his previous jungle experience.

“I’ve just informed Heather that if we have to test the trials to make sure that they’re gruesome enough for the celebrities, that will be her job,” he says.

“It’s probably a bit of a hazing but I’m just going to go with it,” the former Bachelor contestant replies.

I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here NOW! hopes to take advantage of the intense fan interest in the main show – and get viewers even more involved in the program.

“Our show will be even more interactive,” promises Creasey.

In addition, friends and family of contestants – as well as celebs who’ve been voted out – will be drafted in to give insights into the goings on at camp.

“We’re like the naughtier versions of Chris (Brown) and Julia (Morris),” laughs Creasey.
