here’s not much to like about cold. I don’t care for cold shoulders or icy-cold toilet seats and I hate cold tea. But the cold weather does present an opportunity to be lazy, unlike summer, when one feels the constant pull to get outside and do something extraordinary with very little clothing. Winter is a cosy time when I give in to temporary agoraphobia. I have lots of steamy baths, get my trackie dacks all toasty in the dryer and indulge in cosmetics that comfort and soothe away winter woes.
