cup of the syrup and the vanilla. Stir to combine. Stir in the oats.
Finely chop the strawberries, reserving 4 small ones, and fold them into the oats. Divide the mixture among four bowls, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, finely chop the reserved strawberries, and serve on top of the oats with the remaining syrup. Vitamin D boosts energy levels and helps your immune system to ward off illness. Aim to get 20 minutes of morning sunshine in winter.
