We get a lot of feedback here at body+ soul. I love reading through your letters and emails after each issue to see what you liked and, crucially, what you didn’t, so we can try to deliver the wellbeing content you really want to read every Sunday. Some of our most passionate letters come from our male readers, asking for more male-focused content. So this issue is dedicated to you, the gentlemen of Australia!
And what better way to approach this men’s issue than by delving into the truth behind your health habits. So, with the help of the experts at YouGov Galaxy, we surveyed more than 1000 Aussie men from across the country to see what’s going on.
Talk about a contradiction! On the one hand, so many men are making changes to improve their health; on the other, many are sabotaging those good efforts at the same time (see below).
So, that’s where we come in. The aim of this issue is to make you think about your own (or your partner’s) health habits and what you can do to further improve them. Each story is hooked on a finding from our poll and packed with expert advice that you can action right away.
