1 Appetite for Noosa
TOP chefs from around the world are heading to Queensland’s Sunshine Coast for the 10th Noosa International Food and Wine Festival in May.
Andre Chiang from Singapore, Mauro Colagreco from France and Carlo Cracco from Italy will join Australian chefs Peter Gilmore, Mark Best and Tetsuya Wakuda at the event, which will feature live cooking demonstrations and degustation dinners.
There will also be three sunset concerts at Noosa National Park Lookout and a new barefoot beach marquee at Main Beach which will host the Australian final of the World Class Cocktails Competition and a seafood feast.
