$ 250m splurge on units
MORE than $250 million worth of luxury units were sold off the plan in the inner city yesterday.
The units were in the 26-storey King and Phillip apartment development and the sales represented 80 per cent of the building.
Developer Galileo Group is building 104 apartments, designed by FJMT architects. A subpenthouse sold for $10.1 million, with a range of two-bedders selling for between $3 million and $4 million.
The three-bedroom apartments sold for between $5m and $6.5m. The penthouses are yet to be offered. The building’s proximity to Hyde Park was the major drawcard.
