International Dairy Week 2015 will conduct a series of free seminars at Tatura Tennis Clubrooms, Albert St, today, tomorrow and Thursday. Details as follows: Today: 9 am — Dairy Downer Cow Management (Dr John Steinfort); 10 am— Making and Cooking Ricotta (Jason Chesworth, Hunter Belle Cheese); 11 am — Managing Mastitis with an App (Erica Oakes, Dairy Australia); noon — Australia’s New Balanced Performance Index (Peter Williams, ADHIS); 1 pm — How to Accelerate Calf Growth (Allan MacGillivray, ProviCo); 2 pm — Thank Goodness I Got The Short Straw (MalcolmEllis, LIC New Zealand); and 3 pm — The Gene Market, Marketing Genetics on an E-Commerce Platform (Shane Ashworth, Total Livestock Genetics).
