The Tatura Guardian - - News -

Police and ambulance attended a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Service and Fraser Sts, Tatura, on Tuesday morning.

Leading Senior Constable Ross Adams of Shepparton Highway Patrol said a sedan, driven by a 41-year-old Katunga male, was travelling north in Fraser St, when it collided with a station wagon, driven by a 29-year- old Tatura woman, driving west on Service St.

He said the sedan failed to give way at the intersection.

‘‘The driver of the station wagon was taken to Shepparton by ambulance for observation, while the other driver was uninjured,’’ Leading Sen Const Adams said.

‘‘The driver of the sedan will receive a penalty notice for failing to give way.’’
