Rachel Farrar and Amanda Ross, Mrs Gill met with all the parents over a cuppa and was able to answer any questions they had.
‘‘The students had a greatmorning,’’ Mrs Gill said.
‘‘They all proudly wore their new T-shirts to let everyone know they’ll be big school children next year.’’

Come along and enjoy the many activities at the Senior Citizens.
On Wednesdays members enjoy the midday meal, followed by bowls, cards or pool during the afternoon from 1 pm.
On Thursdays the club’s craft morning runs from 10 am to noon.
Enjoy bowls or cards on Saturdays between 1 pm and 4 pm or Canasta on Tuesdays.
Members play Crazy Whist from 1 pmto 3.30 pm on the first Monday of each month, and there is a twocourse barbecue lunch from noon to 1.30 pm on the last Friday of each month at a cost of $8.
The group also attends a pokies trip on the last Monday of each month.
The bowls team welcomed Keven Maher and Lionel Blake.
Lionel had a very successful day. Hopefully they will return.

More than 20 members enjoyed a great two-course barbecue put on by Veronica, Mary, Jan and their small band of helpers.
Also, we celebrated John Hammond’s birthday with a beautiful cheesecake for afternoon tea.
The next committee meeting will be held on February 14, next year.
This month’s pokies trip is on Monday, November 27, to Tocumwal, which will also be the seniors’ Christmas party, so be sure to dress up for the occasion.

The next game will be held on December 4 and the Christmas luncheon is on Wednesday, December 13, — anyone wanting a gift should get their $10 to Veronica as soon as possible.
Gift donations for the raffle must also be made by the end of this month.
December 20 will be clean-up day, so all members are urged to turn up to help out.
