This Satur­day, Oc­to­ber 13, is our open day to the pub­lic in the park and clu­b­rooms.

We need as many mem­bers as pos­si­ble to help on this day. Come along to the clu­b­rooms at 10.30 am. At noon it is all sys­tems go, with a pub­lic free bar­be­cue and games af­ter­noon, in­clud­ing bowls, pool, cards, quoits and disk bowls.

Fi­nal ar­range­ments will be made at the monthly meet­ing to­mor­row (Wed­nes­day, Oc­to­ber 10), at 10.30 am, be­fore lunch and af­ter­noon ac­tiv­i­ties.

Help us make this day a great suc­cess.

Trip up­date

The Castle­maine trip was en­joyed by 17 mem­bers on Fri­day, Septem­ber 28, who vis­ited the Mill Ar­cade Shop­ping Hub.

Don’t for­get the trip to Hang­ing Rock on Oc­to­ber 26.

An en­joy­able chicken lunch and apri­cot dessert was en­joyed by mem­bers, with 18 stay­ing on to cel­e­brate Bob Lang­ton’s birth­day at af­ter­noon tea.
