Dream realised

The Tatura Guardian - - News - By Michael Mattingly If you are interested in speaking to Lynette, you can phone her on 5852 1432.

Experienced Tatura mortgage broker Lynette Melis has wanted to open her own shopfront for the past few years.

And after four years as a mobile broker, last week she ticked that box.

Locals may have noticed Loan Market next door to Boomerang Travel, which is where Lynette will be conducting her business.

‘‘Mortgage brokers are licensed professionals who serve as an intermediary between lenders and borrowers to help clients find a home loan that suits their personal and financial situation,’’ Lynette said.

‘‘This is done by leveraging my industry knowledge, resources and networks.

‘‘This service is at no cost to the client.’’

Lynette said Loan Market was one of the few finance-broking firms that was not owned by a bank.

‘‘With over 30 banks on our panel, I research, interpret and negotiate different mortgage products and make recommendations based on the borrower’s individual circumstances, facilitating a smooth transaction for the borrower,’’ she said.

‘‘Finding the right loan can be an overwhelming experience, particularly if you have never gone through the journey before.

‘‘Even knowing where to start can be stressful.

‘‘I am committed to providing exceptional customer service and pride myself on working closely with you to completely understand your finance requirements.

‘‘Whether it’s obtaining finance for your first home, refinancing an existing home, or starting your investment portfolio faster — my first step is listening.

‘‘I will ensure that the loan I recommend is suited to your individual circumstances, giving you a great chance of gaining approval the first time.

‘‘My goal is to make the process as simple as possible for you.

‘‘I will make it easy to understand and ensure that you are kept informed.’’

As a finance specialist, Lynette also is able to help you obtain finance for a personal, car or business loan, or consolidating debt.

‘‘I understand that not all clients are available during working hours that is why for your convenience I am also available for after-hours appointments,’’ she said.

Open for business: Tatura mortgage broker Lynette Melis has finally launched her new shopfront after years of planning.
