Hanging Rock experience

On Friday, October 26, 23 seniors ventured to Hanging Rock near Woodend.

Leaving at 8.30 am we travelled to Heathcote where we enjoyed morning tea.

From there we moved on to Kyneton and then down the highway to Hanging Rock, arriving about 10.45 am.

An hour and three quarters was spent there with some of the crew going up to the rock.

The upside-down road had to be seen to be believed.

We got back to Kyneton at 1 pm for lunch. Some went to the hotel for a great $15 meal, while the others hit the bakery and then the shops.

We departed Kyneton at 3 pm returning to Tatura at 4.45 pm. A relaxing enjoyable day was had by all.
