We are overwhelmed by your readers’ response to our story (“Bank rolled”, Jun 30-Jul 1). One tells us they are so angry over the way CBA is treating customers that they have lodged a written complaint to the bank’s CEO and board. We received an offer of a fully furnished home rent-free, and a barrister offered his services and legal advice. Our emotional rollercoaster is running high but we are humbled by the personal reaction of many readers. We cannot express in a few words how much we appreciate the work and dedication of Greg Bearup and Anthony Klan in telling the story of our 10-year battle in such an easy-toread style. We are but one of thousands.
