tony He­witt and Denis Glen­non hatched the plan over a cof­fee in Fre­man­tle: they would trace the en­tire coast­line of Aus­tralia in a light air­craft and pho­to­graph what they saw. One morn­ing in April last year, the two friends took off from Perth in a rented Cessna on their anti-clock­wise cir­cuit of the coun­try.
