As ev­ery­one was switch­ing to low-fat milk and yo­ghurt and big tubs of mar­garine, we stayed with our but­ter and full-cream dairy. They taste bet­ter, in­volve less pro­cess­ing and I’m sure you don’t con­sume as much. Joyce Brown Ma­roochy­dore, Qld
