The Weekend Australian - Review - - Tv - Peter Kogoy

BY crikey, the Wallabies are unlikely to do the double over Wales in Brisbane tonight and secure the James Bevan Trophy, not on the woeful rugby display they put on at Fort Fumble . . . I mean, Telstra Stadium a week ago. The Test is live nationally on Fox Sports 2 from 7.30pm. ( All pay TV times are presently half an hour earlier in Adelaide, and two hours earlier in Perth. ) The match is also live on the Seven network in Sydney and Brisbane and on a four- hour delay in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. The clash between the All Blacks and tournament hosts France, also on FS2 from 5.30pm, should be of more interest to followers of the code in a World Cup year. That will be followed by South Africa v England in Pretoria from 11pm. Ten’s cameras are at the SCG tonight from 7.30 where the in- form Swans go up against a rebounding Essendon. The pick of the AFL for mine tomorrow is the Port Adelaide- Hawthorn clash on FS1 from 1pm. Arguably the best of the NRL on Fox tomorrow is the clash between the Gold Coast Titans and Canberra, live from 1.30pm on FS3. Those who aren’t interested in what’s going on at the French Tennis Open on FS2 from 7pm tomorrow can always switch across to FS3 and catch the Italian MotoGP live. Readers who enjoy baseball will have to be up bright and early as the New York Yankees look to reduce Boston’s lead in the standings, live from 5.30am on FS3.
