In the long­est shop­ping street in Ja­pan, Shelley dis­cov­ers a por­ta­ble loo that could fit in a hand­bag, and Andrew ex­plores in­dige­nous craft shop­ping in Dar­win. Shop till you flop. A Pig, a Chicken and a Bag of Rice, 7.30pm, Na­tional Ge­o­graphic An­other ex­otic travel ex­pe­ri­ence, this time a love story about an Aus­tralian man and a wo­man from Sikkim, a Hi­malayan state in north­east In­dia. Their deep at­trac­tion to each other in­volves a mar­riage of cul­tures as well as a meet­ing of souls. She came to Aus­tralia to ex­pe­ri­ence the West. He is now thrilled to be part of the Bud­dhist lifestyle of Sikkim.
