Ugly Betty, 7.30pm, Seven The former top- rating Betty has been on a steady ratings slide for weeks, now lingering at about number 32, lower even than McLeod’s Daughters . Certainly the novelty may have worn off, but a straw poll in the office says Betty is too camp and girly to hold male viewers, who are turning in droves to 60 Minutes . Tonight’s episode, entitled I’m Coming Out, is unlikely to reverse the trend. Pyramids, 7.30pm, National Geographic The pyramids of ancient Egypt stand like giant sentinels watching over greater Cairo. Built more than 2000 years before the birth of Christ, the stone giants continue to mystify all who see them. This program, like so many before it, seeks to sort the facts from the myths about the pyramids. Nothing new for avid documentary watchers, but it may fascinate those out there who haven’t heard it all before.
