Pete the Sheep
Leading the flock in family theatre next month is new children’s musical Pete the Sheep, an adaptation of the popular children’s book of the same name. Actors from the Monkey Baa Theatre Company tell the story of shearer Shaun and Pete the sheep, whose new shearing salon gains popularity in Shaggy Gully, to the chagrin of the other shearers. Celebrating the rural Australian backdrop of the story, director Jonathan Biggins promises “ewes all will love it’’.
