Julian Rosefeldt: Manifesto The headline attraction of this exhibition is an installation of videos each starring Cate Blanchett in different personas, performing the emphatic and sometimes incoherent words of artistic manifestos composed by avant-garde movements in the 20th century. But there are three other works by Julian Rosefeldt. The first evokes the brittle world of an obsessivecompulsive prone to fits of destructive rage; the second is a kind of sequel to Bunuel’s L’Age d’Or, a descent into a hell of moral dereliction; and the third is again an exploration of the obsessive mind, sinking into a neurotic maelstrom of its own making. Art Gallery of NSW, Art Gallery Road, The Domain. Tues-Mon, 10am-5pm; Weds, 10am-10pm. Admission free. Inquiries: 1800 679 278. Until November 13.
