BRITISH MUSEUM, LONDON; VATICAN MUSEUM, ROME I’m not really an art gallery person but I enjoy museums, and my favourites are the British Museum (an incredible selection of Egyptian artefacts) and the Vatican Museum (the Sistine Chapel and amazing art). www.britishmuseum.org; www.vatican.va. He refined his craft at London institutions such as the Savoy and Connaught hotels and has consulted for Singapore Airlines and the Hyatt Hotel group. DEHILLERIN, PARIS As a lover of all things gastronomic, my favourite store is Dehillerin in Les Halles area of Paris.
