2009 Royal Sydney Wine Show trophy winners THE 2008 Angullong Sauvignon Blanc (95 points, $14.99) is delicate but pure. Its aromas and flavours range through passionfruit, gooseberry and grass, and the palate has impeccable length and balance. The 2008 Helm Classic Dry Riesling (95 points, $28), already with two trophies, is crisp, dry and tightly focused, with a mix of citrus and minerally acidity intertwined on the long palate. The 2008 Helm Premium Riesling (94 points, $45) has greater weight and intensity than the Classic Dry, but not the same focus as the Classic, also with two trophies from the 2008 Cool Climate Wine Show.
