Ba­con is head­ing for Esca Bim­bad­gen at Bim­bad­gen Win­ery in NSW’s Hunter Val­ley for a Hay­man in the Hunter event from June 3 to 5; he’ll un­veil a menu due to be launched at Hay­man’s re­vamped Fon­taine restau­rant.
