1. Try grappa af­ter wine with din­ner, or drink well-aged ris­erva in­stead of cognac. 2. Use grappa as a novel re­place­ment for tra­di­tional spirit bases in clas­sics such as mar­ti­nis, caipir­in­has or sours. 3. Add grappa to espresso for caffe cor­retto (‘‘cor­rected cof­fee’’) or serve sweet­ened espresso along­side a glass of grappa. 4. Serve grappa shots in the cor­rect glasses — small and tulip-shaped with open rims. 5. Try serv­ing bian­cas chilled (9C-13C).
