Hunter is keep­ing him­self busy; the Dunkeld-based chef will lead an eight-day, all-in­clu­sive Tastes of Bur­gundy (taste­sof­bur­gundy.com) food and wine tour from May 31 to June 7 next year Hong Kong’s The Land­mark Man­darin Ori­en­tal (man­dari­nori­en­tal.com/ land­mark) is keep­ing things sweet with new Greek honey-themed af­ter­noon teas, launched in con­junc­tion with a new range of sig­na­ture honey-based Apivita treat­ments at its luxe Ori­en­tal Spa An­to­nio Car­luc­cio, widely known as the god­fa­ther of Ital­ian cook­ing, will team up with Zema Es­tate win­ery to present a Lunch with Friends at Ade­laide’s Enoteca (enote­cacucina.com.au) on Fri­day, Oc­to­ber 12; $95 a head, in­clud­ing wines.
