It comprises recipes contributed by local cooks the former stylist and daughter of fashion identity Maggie Tabberer has met in her adopted homeland (biographies of each precede their recipes). Photographer Simon Griffiths has set the scene with evocative stills. Aplate of spaghetti with garlic and oil, grilled lamb cutlets with walnuts on broccoli rabe, followed by a slice of chocolate and ricotta pastry cake sounds just the ticket.
