De­signed for pas­sen­gers on the line’s Alaskan cruises, the hap­pen­ings in­clude Eat Like A Lo­cal, a part­ner­ship with the Alaska Seafood Mar­ket­ing In­sti­tute to fea­ture re­gional del­i­ca­cies such as king salmon, hal­ibut and king crab, and sig­na­ture dishes from lo­cal joints, in­clud­ing crab cakes from Tracy’s King Crab Shack in Juneau and fish tacos from Ketchikan’s Alaska Fish House.
