The $20 mil­lion pent­house in race­horse owner and developer Neil Wer­rett’s Galileo Funds Group’s $320m King & Phillip Res­i­dences pro­posed for Syd­ney’s law precinct is ex­pected to sell within days, as buyer ap­petite for op­u­lent city apart­ments gathers pace. Wer­rett has al­ready sold an off-the-plan sub­pent­house for $10.1m or $66,000 per square me­tre in the block of 104 units. Stu­dios in the apart­ment tower are priced from $950,000 while three-bed­ders are priced from $3m. Justin Brown, chair­man of CBRE Res­i­den­tial, is mar­ket­ing the lux­ury de­vel­op­ment, which is co-con­trolled by ISPT Su­per Prop­erty.
