FORD fans will be able to talk to SupercarV8 driver James Courtney about his spectacular crash at Hidden Valley last weekend when he is in town for the All Ford Day on July 14.
The Rookie of the Year last year walked away from the smash, which left his Falcon a mangled wreck ( pictured).
Courtney, who turned 27 this week, is the guest star at the All Ford Day at Cannon Park racecourse.
Gates will open at 10am with free admission to the public and presentations are being held at 3pm.
Courtney from Stone Brothers Racing will be on site from noon to chat to the public and sign merchandise and memorabilia. The event is shaping up to be as successful as last year’s despite the move from Munro Martin Park because of the circus.
Cars on display will range from the 1930s right up to the current FPVs and all that is in between.
Children will be looked after with a free jumping castle as well as barbecue food, drinks and ice cream.
It costs $10 to display the car and be eligible for judging in one of 25 categories.
Organisers are encouraging people to have the entry forms back by July 7.
Entry forms are at Trinity Ford in McLeod St, Leigh Holman’s SVS and Automotive Solutions in Newell St and Auto One in Mulgrave Rd. For more information
