Puma comes to town
AN Australia owned company which imports specially designed recreational vehicles from the US has set up shop in Cairns.
The Westco Motors group has added Puma RV’s Australia to its portfolio.
Dealer-principal Chris King said Puma was the supplier of “Australia’s leading, affordable, quality RVs and trailers”.
He said Puma has set up shop at Top End Cars 4WDs and Commercials at 293 Mulgrave Rd.
“Puma RV’s NQ has a range of RVs and trailers to suit everyone,” Mr King said.
“From small campers to large RVs, they vary in styles and models.
“They are all designed for people to relax and enjoy their holidays, be it a short or long stay term at their favourite RV park or chosen location,” he said.
“Puma RVs have all the features of the much larger RVs on the market, without all the excessive costs involved.
“Many of Puma RV campers and trailers have features and inclusions that come as standard compared to others.”
Mr King said Puma RV’s NQ had a range of slide-on campers on display in the yard and showroom.
“We can also order and build to suit with little waiting time as stocks are readily available.”
Puma RV’s Australia is a family owned business at Tuggerah on the NSW Central Coast and has been operating successful businesses on the coast for more than 30 years.
The range of fifth wheelers, caravans, tent vampers, slideons and race/cargo trailers are made in the US by the Forest River Corporation exclusively for Puma.
The company says every unit is fully Australian (ADR) compliant.
There are about 25 different styles and layouts to choose from and the 2017 range of tent campers and slide-ons have arrived.
A comprehensive display will be staged at the Cairns Home Show Caravan, Camping and Boating Show at the Cairns Showground this weekend.
