BLUEWATER BUILDERS LAUNCH NINE PRESTIGE HOMES AT SEASCAPE ESTATE

The Weekend Post - Real Estate - - COVER STORY -

THIS weekend heralds a new kid on the building block. After months of preparation and building, Bluewater Builders is releasing its fifirst group of nine houses for sale in prestigious Seascape Estate in Palm Cove.

Bluewater Builders is a building company headed by Toby Vincent and Cameron Murdoch who together have produced something unique in their fifirst multi-home development at Palm Cove.

Marketing agents Om Yadav and Tara Read said from the minute you entered the Seascape Estate nestled at the foot of the mountains behind Palm Cove you noticed the difference to the usual ‘pack’em-in’ estate mentality.

“Beautifully landscaped with mature plantings and well laid out blocks you can instantly see that the boys from Bluewater have produced boutique tropical living at its best,’’ the agents said.

“The unique homes that Bluewater have built on these blocks are all designed to complement their surrounds. ”

There are nine different properties for sale ranging from two strata titled designer villas to four bedroom/two bathroom homes complete with block fences and gatehouses.

All homes are built to the highest standard and have their own pools.

“The clever layout of the estate means none of the homes have rear neighbours and all are beautifully landscaped with decked entertaining areas to catch the cooling sea breezes,’’ the agents said.

“You will be impressed with the entry way to each home. Contemporary colours and décor, open plan living, large undercover al fresco entertaining areas and designer fifinishes give all homes their own special ambience.

“These are perfect for investors looking for the ultimate holiday home or for the discerning owner-occupier.’’

The homes start at $550,000. Furniture packages are also available.

They are open every weekend from 1-2pm. Seascape Estate access is via Bokissa Rd, Palm Cove (next to the Cairns Tropical Zoo, off the Captain Cook Highway).
