display village open
REDLYNCH VALLEY ESTATE’S NEW SHOW HOMES ATTRACT BIG CROWDS EACH WEEKEND
SINCE Redlynch Valley Estate’s opening of its new display village a couple of weeks ago, more than 2000 people have visited to see a diverse showcase of display homes on offer.
Nine of the 12 display homes will be open for inspection this weekend between noon and 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
The village is represented by builders such as Austart Homes, Lamont Constructions, Bridgewater Builders, MacPark Building Co, Cougar Homes, Glenwood Homes and Better Homes Queensland.
Estate sales man- ager Robert Wallace said Redlynch Valley Estate had land to suit everyone’s needs with sizes ranging from 600sq m to 2200sq m with a mixture of level allotments, exclusive flflat creek front blocks or prestigious elevated sites with spectacular views to choose from.
“Redlynch Valley Estate has evolved into a prestigious residential estate in one of the most unique and environmentally sensitive areas in the northern tropics situated between untouched World Heritage Rainforest and pristine Freshwa- ter Creek in Redlynch Valley in Cairns,’’ he said.
“While Redlynch Valley Estate continues to thrive and grow it still has a distinct community feel to the area.
“Apart from the obvious natural attractions that envelope Redlynch Valley Estate, the other huge factor attributing to the number of people moving to the valley is the unbelievable value for money.’’
The new display village is in Davidson Cl, off Huntley Cres.
