PEACE, tranquillity, nature and the beach: that’s what the developers of Argenta say sums up the Palm Cove development.

Sales and marketing manager Spiri Buhagiar said Argentea was surrounded by nature, trees, butterflflies, birds and frogs.

“Imagine not having to use your car to drive to the shops or the beach, imagine cool breezes rustling through the trees.

“Imagine 3km of bicycle pathways, a playground for the kids or grandkids, enjoying a glass of champagne overlooking the Coral Sea, restaurants, shops and more.’’

Ms Buhagiar said Argentea had been designed for those wanting a better lifestyle.

“We believe that where you live inflfluences how you live and we provide that lifestyle choice,’’ she said.

“Only a limited number of allotment and houses remain for sale.’’

Ms Buhagiar said Argentea was a unique development with the focus on “easy”.

“Easy access via pathways to all facilities including the beach, shopping, parkland and playgrounds.’’

Encompassing 60ha with Delaney’s Creek meandering through it, the estate has retained the natural contours of the land as mother nature intended.

A third of the estate is covered by wooded forest, a backdrop of nature with views towards Macalister Range.

With 20ha of forest reserve containing a vast array of flflora and fauna, Thakral has published a fifield guide with Dr Martin Cohen. The publication identififies more than 100 plants and animals in the Argentea estate.

“All homes on the estate are encouraged to retain plants in harmony with their environment,’’ Ms Buhagiar said.

“Building guidelines form part of the contract of sale ensuring that all homes on the estate are built with the environment in mind,’’ he said.

The development is 20 minutes north of Cairns International Airport. Just take the fifirst turn right past Cairns Tropical Zoo. For more information visit the Argentea website or phone 1300 723 187.
