As well as sup­ply­ing the re­gion’s builders with qual­ity prod­ucts and ser­vices, Pi­o­neer North Queens­land is also a ma­jor spon­sor of the Mas­ter Builders Far North Queens­land Hous­ing and Con­struc­tion Awards.

Pi­o­neer sales and mar­ket­ing man­ager, Evan Wal­ters, says the com­pany is proud to be in­volved in such an event.

“Mas­ter Builders pro­vide a great sup­port ser­vice to our strong lo­cal work­force of ap­pren­tices, builders and trades peo­ple,” he says. “We like to sup­port our cus­tomers and the Mas­ter Builders an­nual awards night pro­vides a great plat­form to show­case all of the great projects from across the re­gion.” He says the Pi­o­neer team thanks Mas­ter Builders for its on­go­ing sup­port.

“We look for­ward to many more years lead­ing our clients into the fu­ture along­side Mas­ter Builders, who are great sup­port­ers of the in­dus­try that we ser­vice to­gether,” he says.

Es­tab­lished in 1995, the com­pany has a blend of oper­a­tions that cov­ers both the sup­ply of ma­te­ri­als and ser­vices to the lo­cal build­ing in­dus­try.

The com­pany’s six main North Queens­land di­vi­sions in­clude quar­ries (Ed­mon­ton, In­n­is­fail and Table­lands), sand quar­ries (Bar­ron River and Table­lands), con­crete plants (Cairns and Ma­landa), an as­phalt pro­duc­tion plant (Ed­mon­ton) and spray seal and trans­port di­vi­sions.
