Cairns Regional Council’s plan to cut costs by reducing the number of public bins has been met with scepticism. What do you think about the council’s explanation?

Public bins are already scarce around Cairns with the exception of the city so that will probably end up costing them more in clean-up.

In the park where I walk everyday ... I see the truck come along so often and most times there is hardly anything in there. Really happy with this council.
