“These acquisitions have positioned the company to increase customers in the adventure experience market, and to expand further into the adventure tourism market in Australia and overseas.”
Local tourism industry veteran Steve O’Malley was recently appointed to oversee the company’s Far North operations, which are currently being merged into the same Cairns headquarters.
“We are really proud to finish what is only our second full financial year as an ASX-listed company with the results we have announced,” said Skydive the Beach chief executive Anthony Ritter.
“We look forward to seeing what FY18 and beyond will bring Skydive the Beach.”
Shares in the company were yesterday trading for about 61 cents each.
