Support for NDIS sessions

The Weekly Advertiser Horsham - - News -

Disability service provider The Tipping Foundation and Victorian Advocacy League for Individuals with a Disability, VALID, co-hosted the sessions.

Foundation chief executive Graeme Kelly said the Horsham events provided an opportunity for his organisation’s staff to share knowledge and experience with clients and families.

“The NDIS is the biggest social reform in Australia in our generation,” he said. “It taps into the very Australian notion of a ‘fair go’ for everyone.

“We are able to share our knowledge and experience with people with disability, their families and carers to help with the transition to the NDIS.”

Horsham is part of the Western District roll-out, scheduled for October 1. People can visit for more information.
