Wim­mera women in­ter­ested in learn­ing to play squash can par­tic­i­pate in a six-week ‘Hits and Gig­gles’ pro­gram in Hor­sham.

The pro­gram starts at Hor­sham Squash Club to­mor­row, from 7pm.

It is de­signed specif­i­cally for women, to help teach the ba­sic skills re­quired to play squash. The pro­gram aims to help par­tic­i­pants get fit, have fun and make new friends.

An ac­cred­ited coach will be on-site, pro­vid­ing par­tic­i­pants with tai­lored pro­grams to suit all skill lev­els, while help­ing to build con­fi­dence and self­es­teem of par­tic­i­pants.
