Smooth Fes­ti­val of Chocolate

THE COB­BLED STREETS of the Rocks will be lined with mar­ket stalls and chill-out zones for the fourth an­nual fes­ti­val ded­i­cated to chocolate. Pun­ters can sam­ple chocolate desserts, pick up bak­ing tips from food demon­stra­tions, and spy chocolate sculp­tures, desserts and bev­er­ages cre­ated for the fes­ti­val. Tr y treats from the likes of Gelato Messina, Black Star Pas­try, the Orig­i­nal Cho­cowrap, Rocco’s Dessert Jars, Pi­azza D’Oro, Mr Black Espresso, En­deav­our Beer, Baci Perug­ina and more. Mr Black Espresso will be serv­ing Espresso Jar-ti­nis topped with Nu­tie dough­nuts, and En­deav­our Beer will be brew­ing a spe­cial chocolate ale es­pe­cially for the fes­ti­val. There’ll be a Cho­co­latiers’ Quar­ters based in the Over­seas Pas­sen­ger Ter­mi­nal, and at the Lindt Lounge you’ll be able to buy your own per­son­alised milk or dark chocolate Ex­cel­lence blocks as a sweet me­mento.
