AGE OF SURVIVOR

Townsville Bulletin - Townsville Eye - - 17 -

Survivor fans used to have to endure a long wait from the last time the tribe spoke to somebody and handed them a million bucks, to Jeff welcoming a fresh lot of hand-picked contestants to a secret spot somewhere in the tropics. Australian Survivor has helped to fill that void and although only at the half-way mark, it’s sated our appetite for blindsides, backstabbing, and pixelated-free backsides. Now it’s set to be a Survivor avalanche with the 33rd U.S. season of the award-winning adventure reality series, Millenials vs Gen X, starting next Thursday. For this instalment the lines have been drawn between two generations, but not the Baby Boomers v Gen X that have featured before, this is Youngish versus Young. The 20 castaways include an assistant district attorney, a youth pastor, a police sergeant, a television writer, a professional gamer, and the youngest player to ever compete in the game, a high school student. SURVIVOR: MILLENNIALS VS GEN X, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, AT 10PM ON NINE TOWNSVILLE.
