Hero saves boy in blaze
A MAN who suffered burns to almost half of his body when he saved a young boy’s life in a horrific camping accident has been hailed a hero. Peter Ball, 42, is in a serious but stable condition after a gas bottle exploded at a nature reserve on NSW’s midnorth coast, sending a fireball into nearby tents. Cameron Wiseman, 5, was asleep when the inferno engulfed the campsite at 10pm Saturday. Mr Ball came to his aid, dragging the boy to safety.
