Ferry drama in NZ seas
A PASSENGER was washed overboard when a commuter ferry got into difficulty on Wellington Harbour in high winds and choppy seas. School students, including some displaced by the recent Christchurch earthquake, were on the ferry. The East-West ferry was reported to have just dropped off the schoolboys at Seatoun wharf yesterday morning, when it hit trouble in Worser Bay. Passengers were taken off in an inflatable rescue boat.
