Worker claimed overtime for sex
A COUNCIL building inspector who admitted to the NSW corruption watchdog that he got free sex from a Sydney bath house says he claimed overtime while doing so.
But Willoughby City Council inspector Edward Karkowski denies the free sex and massages were payment for turning a blind eye to the illegal services on offer at the premises. Mr Karkowski, the council’s only building inspector, yesterday told NSW’s Independent Commission Against Corruption he regularly received free sexual services over a 12-month period from at least three women at the Oriana Bath House in Chatswood’s CBD.
He told the first day of hearings that he was in a relationship with one of the women, Tina.
The hearing is scheduled to continue for another nine days.
