Harry’s bar­be­cue of choice is a no-non­sense six burner. It’s a cut down bar­be­cue de­signed to de­liver a straight for­ward prod­uct. The gas bot­tle at­tached looked as though it had seen ac­tion in the Korean War, but it all went with­out a hitch yes­ter­day.

A s k e d h o w m a n y times he had cooked sausages for the royal fam­ily, Harry said to­day would be his first. But, like a true sausage mae­stro, he wasn’t fazed.
