Sheen’s wife drops or­der

CHAR­LIE Sheen’s es­tranged wife Brooke Mueller will not seek a per­ma­nent re-strain­ing or­der against the ac­tor and will al­low the tem­po­rary in junc­tion she re­ceived against him to ex­pire.

The du­elling exes ap­par­ently worked to set­tle their dif­fer­ences af­ter a bit­ter cus­tody fight broke out be­tween the pair ear­lier in March.

As Sheen be­gan ex­hibit­ing bizarre be­hav­ior in a se­ries of me­dia ap­pear-an­ces in late Fe­bru­ary, his soon-to-be ex-wife got a tem­po­rary re­strain­ing or­der against him.

Po­lice re­moved the cou­ple’s two-year-old sons from Sheen’s cus­tody on March 1.
