PIZZA Capers North Ward has claimed the group’s top award in pizza satisfaction for an unprecedented fifth time.

The franchise has been the recipient of the award from consumer ratings company Canstar Blue every year since it was launched in 2011.

A survey of Australian consumers saw Pizza Capers given five- star ratings for overall satisfaction as well as delivery, menu variety, taste of pizza and service at ordering.

Pizza Capers North Ward franchisee John Dunlea said the store’s offering of highvalue, quality gourmet pizzas had been welcomed by the local community.

“We focus on

giving

our customers a great meal experience with menu variety, unique toppings, quick delivery times and generously topped pizza,” he said.

“We continue to customer first and put the provide them with healthy, and handcrafted products.

“Pizza Capers North Ward has clearly been keeping its customers happy and it goes to show our commitment to providing pizza that looks as good as it tastes is striking the right chord with our customers.”

Mr Dunlea said Pizza Capers would also soon launch new pizzas.

Canstar Blue regularly surveys 3000 Australian consumers across a range of categories to measure satisfaction.

To qualify for the survey, the customer must have purchased and eaten a pizza from a store or restaurant in the past three months. real food gourmet
